Denise Dubois, owner of Complexions Spa and Dubois Beauty, is a CIDESCO Diplomat and certified laser technician with 40 years of experience in advanced esthetics. She began her career in 1985 after graduating from the Catherine E. Hinds School of Esthetics, where she earned the Merretta Gotham Hinds Award for highest achievement. Denise holds multiple advanced certifications, including dermatologic skincare, medical esthetics, laser treatments, lymphatic drainage, nutritional skincare, and Gua Sha Facial Fusion. She is also a certified organic cosmetic formulator and author of the book Living Beautifully. Passionate about “pampering with a purpose,” Denise is dedicated to delivering expert care that leaves every client feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant.

Destinee

Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist

Destinee is a licensed esthetician with over a decade of experience specializing in custom facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lash lifts, and full-body waxing. She joined Complexions in 2015 and is also a certified Temptu airbrush makeup artist with expertise in bridal, theatrical, and special effects makeup. Destinee holds certifications in dermaplaning (DermaPro), PCA peels, and Cosmedix. Her approach is personalized and results-focused—addressing each client’s unique skin concerns to help them feel confident and achieve their best skin yet.

Shannon

Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician – Albany Location

Shannon joined Complexions Spa in November 2012 as a full-time esthetician. She started her career path at SUNY Cobleskill, where she received an Associates Degree in Health Science, and then went on to further her studies at Binghamton University and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Neuroscience. Shannon then attended the Aesthetic Science Institute and graduated at the top of her class. To keep up with the fast and ever changing esthetics industry, Shannon is always striving to educate herself. She has a dual certification from the Aesthetic Science Institute in Laser and Paramedical Aesthetics, is certified by DermaplanePro, and is also PCA Skin and Hydrafacial certified to perform both basic and advanced chemical peel treatments. Most recently, Shannon received a certificate from the Nutritional Skincare Academy which has allowed her to fully understand the link between nutrition and skin health. Shannon takes pride in being able to give people the opportunity to relax, be pampered, and feel good about themselves and the skin they are in.

Meredeth

Licensed Esthetician & Laser Technician

Meredeth graduated from the Aesthetics Science Institute in 2012 with dual licensure in Esthetics and Laser Technology. She joined Complexions Spa in January 2020 and is certified in Dermaplaning and Gua Sha techniques. Meredeth specializes in the Gua Sha Facial Fusion and Gua Sha MLD treatments, which she values for their ability to address a wide range of concerns including puffiness, sinus pressure, headaches, TMJ discomfort, and more. She takes pride in delivering personalized, results-driven care while helping guests leave each treatment feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.

Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist

Erin is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist who specializes in customized skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, full-body waxing, and professional makeup application. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their skin. Known for her gentle touch and warm, professional demeanor, Erin creates a welcoming experience from start to finish. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health through personalized care.

CIDESCO Licensed Esthetician – Albany Location

Ciara is a CIDESCO Diplomat, licensed esthetician, and certified laser technician with advanced training in laser services, microcurrent, dermaplaning, chemical exfoliation, full-body waxing, and body treatments. She is dually licensed in Aesthetics and Nail Specialty and currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing to further expand her clinical skincare expertise. Ciara combines results-driven techniques with a calming, personalized approach—helping each client achieve radiant, healthy skin.

Sarah

Licensed Esthetician

Sarah is a New York State Licensed Esthetician and a graduate of the Aesthetic Science Institute, where she graduated at the top of her class. Prior to pursuing her passion in skincare, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The College of Saint Rose and worked for many years in television news.

Since joining Complexions Spa in December 2019, Sarah has become certified in DermaplanePro, PCA Skin, and HydraFacial treatments. She is committed to not only educating her clients on proper skincare but also creating a deeply relaxing experience—nurturing both the skin and the soul.

Isabelle is a licensed esthetician with a passion for healthy, sustainable skincare. She specializes in advanced treatments, customized facials, waxing, and makeup. Dedicated to excellence in the treatment room, Isabelle ensures each client leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and cared for. She delivers results through professional in-spa treatments paired with personalized home care, supporting each client’s unique skin journey. Helen is a licensed esthetician with over two years of hands-on experience in advanced skin care. She received her education from the Training Center for Aesthetics and Cosmetology in New York City and further honed her expertise through direct training with a board-certified dermatologist, deepening her knowledge of skin health and clinical care.

Originally from Kazakhstan, Helen always had a passion for beauty and skin care. After raising her family and settling in the United States, she pursued her dream of becoming an esthetician. She is certified in dermaplaning through both DermalogicaPro and DermaplanePro and is also highly skilled in facial massage techniques, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
