“I am writing because I was shocked by my experience at your spa today. I called in he afternoon to request a massage and spoke to Kendra who scheduled me for a 60 minute massage with short notice. She was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, gave me directions, offered upgrades, and best of all stated that she hoped I would either come early or stay after to enjoy the steam room and sauna- her words “we want you to spend some time with us and we will do everything we can to get also get you the balneotherapy you requested. If we cannot, we want you to relax and enjoy yourself.” I felt so welcome!And then, I arrived- professional welcome, lovely space. I have been to many spas, and owned one for 15 years. Your spa was beautiful and as perfect as the spas I do enjoy. My expectations for the massage, however, were very low. I was so privileged to receive a massage from Drew whom I categorize as a master massage therapist. Excellent work, the kind of work I usually have to schedule in advance. She referred to him as a GOD – because of the peace he eluded.

I booked a massage appointment with Luciana on the recommendation of your reservationist. I was told that she specialized in deep tissue and sports massage. Taking that recommendation was the best self-care decision I’ve made in some time.
Luciana greeted me warmly, offering congratulations on the recent birth of my daughter. Obviously she had read my client information card with care. Her energy immediately distinguished her from other massage therapists; she has that intangible quality that lets you know you are in good hands – literally!
I’ve experienced massage therapy all over the world, from the Ayurvedic spas in Kerala, to the baths in Turkey, with stops in Asia and Europe in between. I can wholeheartedly say that my experience with Luciana trumps them all. Thank you for doing what you do.”

Absolutely perfect bachelorette party spa day!
I would like to thank everyone at Complexions for all of their help this past weekend. We held a Bachelorette party spa day here this past Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the time we walked in, to the time we left, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Every girl said their service (which ranged from manicures to pedicures to massages) was amazing! We also had lunch catered in, that they set up, and it was delicious…but not as delicious as those cookies in the lobby! This was a great experience, had by all, and we are hoping to make a trip again soon! Thank you again for making this a special day for our Bride-To-Be and for all of us involved.

I always have a great facial when I come there. But I feel the need to tell you that today I think I had one of the best facials I have ever had! Juliana is amazing! I am sure you already know this. I had a pregnancy massage yesterday at Complexions and it was fantastic! It was my first time at your spa, and it certainly won’t be my last!. Everyone was so friendly – and I loved that at no point did I feel rushed. The spa was very clean and welcoming! Thank You very much for a wonderful experience! I believe the woman’s name was Anya that did my massage, and she was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable which isn’t easy at 30 weeks pregnant!

The entire staff was wonderful to be around
I took my entire bridal group to Complexions Spa the day before my wedding. I had been looking around for just the right spa for us five girls. After using yelp to read reviews I decided to give this place a try. It worked!! Complexions is a great place to relax, rejuvenate and obtain any spa treatment you’d like. The pedicure and manicure was done by Mari. She listened to everything I wanted for my pedicure and manicure and it lasted most of my honeymoon on the beach, in the sand (three weeks later)! I am very picky about my cuticles and cleaning and she did everything with a smile. The entire staff was courteous, patient, kind, soft-spoken and wonderful to be around. We retired to the solarium after our mani/pedis and ate our ordered-out lunch (my bridesmaids picked it up). The staff at the spa made place settings for us and graciously accommodated our every need. On top of the GREAT quality service, they are a qualified, bona-fide ‘green’ salon. And, their prices are the same as any other salon. I will definitely be returning to Complexions every time I go home now. They have earned five customers for life!

An amazing facial
I just wanted to make it known that I recently had an amazing facial with Megan B. at your spa. I have had facials at many well-respected spas in the area and this one was of the best. This was my very first experience at Complexions as I was surfing the Internet for something new. Her attentiveness to my comfort and relaxation was amazing. She really took the time to make it a personalized experience for me knowing that I have had facials elsewhere. Her suggestions on how to keep my skin clean and healthy were very helpful, and she showed me products that would work for me. Please let her know, although I already have, that she really did an excellent job and I thoroughly enjoyed the facial from beginning to end.
