Donation Requests

Complexions Spa receives donation requests each year from many organizations. In order to handle your request in the most sensitive and efficient manner we ask that you complete the donation form below.

We do not provide contributions to the following:

  • Funds for individuals
  • Projects of a political nature
  • Class reunions, alumni gatherings or class parties
  • Pageant participants

Your request will be reviewed within 15 days of receipt. Due to the volume of requests we are able to respond only to those that we may offer assistance. If your event is selected, someone from our staff will contact you using the information you have provided.
