What should I bring with me?
Everything you need is provided! We will give you a locker in which to store your belongings, and we will also provide robes and slippers. Shower facilities, sauna, steam rooms and personal care items are available as well. We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Please leave valuables at home or in your locker. Thank you
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your services, so that you have time to change and to relax in our brand new lounge and waterfall garden.
What should I wear during my massage?
This is a matter of personal preference. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, but others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Your body will remain professionally draped throughout the massage, except for the area being worked on.
What if I have special health concerns?
Please notify your therapist if you have any medical conditions that he or she should be aware of. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to treatment. Communication with your spa concierge and service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized treatment. All information is confidential and will not be shared.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check & Cash.
What is customary when it comes to tipping?
Most guests choose to leave a 15-20% gratuity. Gratuity can be left in cash.
I’m Pregnant. What services can I have?
We offer many services that are both safe and enjoyable for expecting mothers. A concierge will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect treatment(s).
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or changes to avoid being charged for the treatment. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.
